Our agency was founded by managing partners Tom Liscio and Joe Johnson who have over 40 plus years of combined experience in the life insurance industry. Because of our experience and expertise, we have the skills necessary to help agents excel at the highest level. With over 30+ years in the insurance business from a top producer to agency owner, and as a former partner of one of the largest and most successful insurance marketing organizations of its time, mentoring agents, and managers to be all they can be.



Today as a Managing Partner of Senior Benefit Life Tom helps guide final expense agents in their career and to become successful entrepreneurs. Tom is also a veteran of the United States Navy.

Managing Partner

Known industry-wide as a top producer as well as a leading influencer and sales trainer.
